Dressed to Kill

Don't they look trim and handsome! We got the entire staff at our Kukatpally Hyderabad House outlet, stiched new set of uniforms and bought them a pair of shoes. The above photographs have been taken on that occassion.

It was really a sight to see the entire staff wearing the uniform that they ought to. After I started getting involved in dealing with the day to day affairs and operations of the reastaurant, I have observed that there are so many issues that need to be solved or dealt with. Our manager Ranjith had been tackling these things and putting his best efforts all these days. We joined to help him only recently. Staff not wearing uniforms and shoes is one of those issues which we have successful solved. We have now enforced a strict dressing code and frequently stress in our weekly staff meetings, the importance of looking trim and tidy. It has been my experience as a customer that my eating experience in a restaurant is better when the staff look neat and tidy, like clean shave, smart hair cut, trimmed nails etc. These little things make a lot of difference. We are actioning a lot of things that should make the customers happy.
